Acceptance

By using GlobaVoxia's website or authorized services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you use the services for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for that organization.

Authorized use

GlobaVoxia Connect supports business development, CRM organization, communications, follow-up, reporting, and related human-assisted workflows. Users must supply accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of credentials, and use the services only for lawful and authorized purposes.

Prohibited use

You may not use the services to violate privacy, anti-spam, consumer protection, intellectual property, or other applicable laws; bypass access controls; interfere with service operation; introduce malicious code; impersonate others; or process data without appropriate authority.

Third-party services

The services may integrate with Google and other third-party platforms. Use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies. Availability may depend on those providers.

Client responsibilities

Clients remain responsible for the legality and accuracy of their offers, content, eligibility decisions, professional advice, quotations, and regulated services. GlobaVoxia provides authorized administrative, communication, technology, and business support and does not independently provide regulated insurance, legal, financial, or underwriting decisions.

Intellectual property

The GlobaVoxia name, GVXConnect platform, LUCAS software, content, workflows, designs, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No ownership rights are transferred except through a separate written agreement.

Service availability and disclaimers

We work to provide reliable services, but availability may be affected by maintenance, networks, third-party services, or events outside our control. Except as required by law or agreed in writing, services are provided without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation and changes

To the extent permitted by law, GlobaVoxia is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the services. We may update these terms as the services evolve; the current version and effective date will remain available here.
