Who we are

GlobaVoxia Connect is a human and AI-assisted business development platform operated by GlobaVoxia. Questions about this policy may be sent to mmojica@globavoxia.com.

Information we process

We process business contact information, client-authorized campaign records, communications metadata, activity records, and information supplied directly by clients or prospects. We limit processing to the operational purposes described in this policy.

Google user data

When an authorized operator connects Google Sheets, GlobaVoxia Connect requests access to spreadsheets needed for the operator's business workflow. The application uses this access to read and update authorized operational records such as CRM data, campaign configuration, queues, stages, activities, opt-outs, and reporting. It does not access unrelated Google services.

Use, sharing, and sale of data

Google user data and business records are used only to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the authorized workflow. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. We do not transfer it to third parties except service providers acting on our behalf, when required by law, or with the user's explicit direction. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Storage and security

OAuth credentials are stored in the operator-controlled environment and protected with access controls appropriate to the system. Operational records are kept in authorized Google Sheets and related client-separated systems. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Retention and deletion

We retain information only as long as needed for the authorized business purpose, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security. Authorized users may request deletion or correction by contacting mmojica@globavoxia.com. Google access can also be revoked at any time from the user's Google Account security settings.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal information where applicable. Email recipients may opt out of future outreach, and verified opt-out requests are recorded and honored.

Changes

We may update this policy when our services or legal obligations change. The current version and effective date will remain available on this page.
